After putting off finding a new dentist for a while, I'm so glad I found Dr. Bilski and his team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Bilski is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no hard sell on unnecessary treatments—just honest recommendations and a genuine focus on my dental health. Dana, my dental hygienist, was fantastic as well. She was friendly, thorough, gentle, and even had me laughing during my appointment. It's obvious she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. You can tell this office has built a culture around treating people with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Everyone made the experience comfortable and stress-free. It's rare to find a dental office where you leave feeling like you were treated as a person rather than just another appointment. If you're looking for a dentist who is highly skilled, honest, caring, and has an outstanding team, I couldn't recommend Dr. Bilski and Dana more highly. I'm actually looking forward to my

Who likes to go to the Dentist? Normally not me but Dr. Bilski and his team are wonderful! They are kind, compassionate and understanding. When I need a crown or cavity filled they give me a straight forward and detailed proposal and explain my options.

I fear the dentist in fact I have such fear I didn’t go at all for years. Today my experience at Dr. Bilski was amazing!!! My hygienist(Dana) was patient and explained everything to me and she offered me options for the future with no pressure to do anything that day. Dr. Bilski was fun and light hearted and gave me proper instructions moving forward and he made me feel comfortable Today’s visit exceeded my expectations. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and made the experience stress-free. The Dr. Bilski was thorough, explained each step, and showed genuine care for my comfort. It’s rare to find a practice that combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Highly recommend Dr. Bilski.

Dr. Bilski and his team have given me, by far, the best care I‘ve ever received- not just in a dental office, but in any medical office I’ve ever visited. Every member of the staff is patient, thorough, and genuinely personal; they work carefully and consistently to achieve the best results for their patients. The office itself is the cleanest, most comfortable, and most relaxing I have ever visited, complete with multiple couches and a full coffee bar in the waiting area. I came to Dr. Bilski with a very unique request: composite veneers to create the look of extended canines (fangs). After calling more than twenty practices in the area and being denied, dismissed, or even laughed at, Dr. Bilski accepted the challenge. Over months of revisions- thanks to his impeccable attention to detail and the team’s patience- I now have the most unique set of teeth around! The work looks flawlessly seamless with my natural teeth; people’s first reaction is often, “Those aren’t real?!” My regular hygienist and other dental professionals have all complimented his work, saying they were amazed by the results and especially impressed that it was done with composite. I drove here from Youngstown to have a cold sore treated using their laser. The staff was very kind & able to get me in on short notice (the same day!) and Dr.Bilski was very thorough in explaining what he was using and how it would heal. I would come back here for sure.
